Lafinda aims to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience. Delivery availability, fees, estimated delivery times, and available options may depend on factors including the delivery location, delivery zone, order details, product characteristics, and operational conditions.

As Lafinda is a multi-vendor marketplace, Sellers are responsible for preparing and making orders available for fulfillment in accordance with applicable Platform requirements.

2. Delivery Availability

Delivery services are available only in locations and zones supported by Lafinda at the time an order is placed.

The availability of delivery may depend on:

the Buyer's delivery location;
the delivery zone assigned to the address;
the availability of delivery services;
the Seller's ability to prepare the order;
the nature, size, or weight of the product; and
other operational factors.

Lafinda may add, modify, suspend, or remove delivery coverage for particular areas or zones as the Platform develops.

3. Delivery Address and Location Information

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

This may include, where applicable:

the recipient's name;
telephone number;
delivery address;
commune, district, or relevant location details;
selected delivery zone; and
any additional information reasonably necessary to locate and complete the delivery.

The Buyer must ensure that the information provided is accurate before confirming the order.

Lafinda, the Seller, or an authorized delivery representative may contact the Buyer where reasonably necessary to clarify delivery instructions or complete the delivery.

Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading delivery information may result in delays, additional delivery costs, cancellation, or the inability to complete the delivery.

4. Delivery Zones

Lafinda may organize delivery locations into different delivery zones.

Delivery zones may be determined using factors such as geographic coverage, distance, operational requirements, accessibility, and other relevant delivery considerations.

The delivery zone applicable to an order will generally be determined based on the delivery location provided by the Buyer and the delivery options available at the time of checkout.

Buyers should ensure that the selected delivery location and relevant address information are accurate.

Lafinda may update delivery zone classifications or coverage areas where reasonably necessary.

5. Delivery Fees

Applicable delivery fees will generally be displayed before the Buyer completes the order.

Delivery fees may vary depending on factors including:

the applicable delivery zone;
the delivery distance or location;
the weight, size, or nature of the order;
the number or type of products;
applicable delivery requirements; and
any additional services or conditions associated with the delivery.

Where delivery fees are calculated or adjusted based on applicable order or delivery conditions, the Buyer will be informed of the applicable amount before completing the order where reasonably possible.

Lafinda may update its delivery pricing from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future orders and will not affect a delivery fee already confirmed for an existing order, except where an adjustment is necessary because of incorrect information, a requested change, or another legitimate reason communicated to the Buyer.

6. Order Processing and Preparation

Before an order can be delivered, the relevant Seller may need time to prepare and process the order.

Processing time may vary depending on factors including:

product availability;
the Seller's preparation requirements;
the size or nature of the order;
order verification where necessary; and
other reasonable operational circumstances.

The Seller is responsible for preparing the order appropriately and making it available for fulfillment in accordance with the applicable delivery process.

A delay in order preparation may affect the estimated delivery time.

7. Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated through the Platform is generally an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Lafinda may provide estimated delivery dates or timeframes based on the information available at the time of the order.

Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances including:

order preparation delays;
traffic or transportation conditions;
weather or environmental conditions;
incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
difficulties accessing the delivery location;
high delivery demand;
events outside reasonable operational control; or
other unforeseen circumstances.

Lafinda will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery within the estimated timeframe where possible but does not guarantee delivery at a specific time unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Delivery Status and Notifications

Where available, Lafinda may provide order updates or delivery-related notifications through the Platform or other available communication channels.

Such updates may include information relating to:

order confirmation;
order preparation;
readiness for delivery;
delivery progress;
completed delivery; or
delivery-related issues.

The availability and frequency of notifications may vary depending on the order and the services available.

9. Buyer's Responsibilities During Delivery

The Buyer is responsible for taking reasonable steps to facilitate successful delivery.

This includes:

remaining reasonably reachable using the contact information provided;
ensuring that the delivery address is accurate;
providing necessary location details;
being available to receive the order or arranging for an authorized person to receive it where appropriate;
promptly responding to reasonable delivery-related communications; and
inspecting the order upon receipt where reasonably possible.

Where the Buyer authorizes another person to receive the order, that person's acceptance may be treated as receipt of the order by the Buyer.

10. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for preparing orders accurately and appropriately before they enter the delivery process.

This includes ensuring, where applicable, that:

the correct products are included;
the products correspond to the Buyer's order;
the order is appropriately packaged;
the products are prepared within the applicable timeframe; and
relevant order information is accurate.

Sellers must cooperate with Lafinda and authorized delivery personnel where reasonably necessary to facilitate successful order fulfillment.

Repeated or significant failures to prepare orders appropriately may result in action being taken under applicable Seller requirements or Platform policies.

11. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful where the order cannot reasonably be delivered.

This may occur for reasons including:

an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
the Buyer or an authorized recipient cannot reasonably be reached;
the delivery location cannot reasonably be accessed;
the Buyer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason;
inaccurate location information;
safety or security concerns; or
other circumstances preventing completion of the delivery.

Where reasonably possible, Lafinda or the authorized delivery representative may attempt to contact the Buyer or make reasonable efforts to resolve the delivery issue.

Depending on the circumstances, the order may be rescheduled, returned, cancelled, or handled in accordance with the applicable order and refund process.

Additional delivery costs may apply where a failed delivery results from incorrect information, a requested change, or circumstances attributable to the Buyer.

12. Delivery Changes

A Buyer may request changes to delivery information before delivery where the Platform and the stage of order processing reasonably allow such changes.

Changes may affect:

delivery availability;
the applicable delivery zone;
delivery fees; and
estimated delivery times.

Once an order has reached an advanced stage of preparation or delivery, changes may no longer be possible.

13. Receipt of Orders

The Buyer should inspect the order upon delivery where reasonably possible.

If there is an apparent issue with the order, including visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, the Buyer should report the issue through the applicable Lafinda process as soon as reasonably possible.

Acceptance of delivery does not remove any rights that the Buyer may have under Lafinda's Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.

14. Delivery of Large, Heavy, or Special Items

Certain products may require additional delivery arrangements because of their size, weight, nature, handling requirements, or other operational considerations.

Such products may be subject to:

additional delivery charges;
different delivery timeframes;
special handling requirements;
delivery restrictions; or
additional coordination with the Buyer or Seller.

Where applicable, relevant delivery conditions will be communicated through the Platform or during the order process.

15. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Lafinda, the Seller, or the delivery service.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, technical failures, security incidents, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Where a significant delay occurs, reasonable efforts may be made to provide relevant updates or alternative arrangements where possible.

16. Delivery Disputes and Issues

If a Buyer experiences an issue relating to delivery, the Buyer should report the matter through the official Lafinda support or order-resolution process.

Lafinda may review relevant information and, where appropriate:

facilitate communication between the relevant parties;
investigate the delivery issue;
request additional information;
assist with an appropriate resolution; or
take other action in accordance with applicable Platform policies.
17. Lafinda's Role

Lafinda provides the Platform and may coordinate or facilitate delivery services available through the marketplace.

The specific responsibilities of Lafinda, Sellers, Buyers, and delivery providers may vary depending on the delivery arrangement applicable to the order.

Nothing in this Policy removes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Changes to This Delivery Policy

Lafinda may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in delivery operations, service availability, legal requirements, or business practices.

Where required, appropriate notice will be provided regarding material changes.

Lafinda is committed to providing Buyers with a reliable and transparent shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains when a Buyer may request a return, replacement, or refund for a purchase made through the Platform.

As Lafinda is a multi-vendor marketplace, individual products are supplied by independent Sellers. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and meeting their applicable obligations to Buyers, while Lafinda provides the Platform and facilitates the relevant marketplace processes.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Seven-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date the Buyer receives the order.

The Buyer must submit the return request through the Platform within the applicable seven-day period.

The return period begins on the date the order is delivered or made available to the Buyer, as applicable.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Lafinda or the relevant Seller.

3. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally:

correspond to the product purchased through the Platform;
be returned within the applicable seven-day period;
be in an appropriate condition for return;
include applicable accessories, components, packaging, or other items provided with the order where reasonably required;
not have been intentionally damaged or improperly used; and
satisfy any additional return requirements applicable to the particular product.

Certain products may have specific return conditions because of their nature, safety requirements, hygiene considerations, personalization, or other legitimate restrictions.

4. Products Received in the Wrong Condition

A Buyer may request a return or appropriate resolution where the product:

is materially different from the product described in the listing;
is defective or does not function as reasonably expected;
arrives damaged;
is incomplete or missing an essential component;
is the wrong product, variation, size, or quantity; or
otherwise fails to meet the applicable requirements of the transaction.

Buyers should report such issues as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

Where appropriate, Lafinda or the Seller may request relevant information or evidence to assess the claim.

5. Return Request Process

To request a return, the Buyer should:

Access the relevant order through their Lafinda account.
Select the applicable return or refund option.
Provide the reason for the request.
Provide any information reasonably required to assess the request.
Follow the return instructions provided by Lafinda or the relevant Seller.

A return request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request may be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, the applicable return conditions, and applicable law.

6. Review of Return Requests

Lafinda or the relevant Seller may review a return request before authorizing a return, replacement, or refund.

Where reasonably necessary, the Buyer may be asked to provide information relating to the condition of the product or the circumstances of the claim.

Lafinda may take reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent, abusive, or repeated misuse of the return and refund process.

7. Return of Products

Where a return is approved, the Buyer must follow the applicable return instructions and make the product available for return within the specified timeframe.

The product should be returned in the condition required under this Policy, together with applicable components or accessories where reasonably necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, return delivery arrangements or costs may be handled by the Buyer, Seller, or through a process established by Lafinda.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may include the eligible amount paid for the returned product.

Depending on the reason for the return and applicable law, certain delivery, service, or other charges may be treated differently.

Refunds will generally be processed through the applicable payment or transaction method, where technically and legally possible.

The time required for the refunded amount to become available may depend on the payment method or financial service used.

9. Replacement

Where appropriate and subject to availability, Lafinda or the relevant Seller may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

A replacement may be offered particularly where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise does not meet the applicable requirements.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund or other appropriate resolution may be provided.

10. Non-Returnable or Restricted Returns

Certain products may not be eligible for return or may be subject to special return conditions due to their nature, applicable laws, hygiene or safety considerations, personalization, perishability, or other legitimate restrictions.

Any applicable restrictions should be communicated through the relevant product listing or at the time of purchase where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Products Damaged After Delivery

A Buyer may not be eligible for a return or refund where the product was damaged after delivery as a result of misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, negligence, or other actions attributable to the Buyer.

This does not affect a Buyer's rights where the damage or defect existed before delivery or where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled where cancellation is available through the Platform and before the order reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.

Once an order has been dispatched or otherwise processed, cancellation may no longer be available and the Buyer may instead need to use the applicable return process.

13. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

Lafinda may restrict or refuse return, refund, or replacement requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, intentional misuse, repeated abuse of the return process, false claims, or other improper conduct.

This does not affect legitimate consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

accurately describing their products;
fulfilling orders as represented;
responding appropriately to legitimate return-related matters;
complying with applicable consumer protection requirements; and
cooperating with Lafinda where intervention is reasonably required to resolve a transaction issue.

Lafinda may take appropriate measures where a Seller repeatedly fails to meet applicable marketplace or consumer obligations.

15. Lafinda's Role

Lafinda provides the marketplace infrastructure through which Buyers and Sellers conduct transactions.

Where a dispute arises, Lafinda may facilitate communication, review relevant information, assist with the resolution process, and take appropriate action under its Platform policies.

Lafinda does not replace the legal responsibilities of independent Sellers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to This Policy

Lafinda may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Platform processes, legal requirements, or business practices.

Where required, appropriate notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

Welcome to Lafinda (“Lafinda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), your trusted multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that enables Users to discover, purchase, sell, and manage products and related commercial activities through our website, mobile application, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and establish the rights and responsibilities applicable to all persons who access or use Lafinda, including Buyers, Sellers, visitors, and other Users.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a product, registering as a Seller, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Lafinda may update these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, notice of material changes will be provided. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, placing an order, purchasing a product, registering as a Seller, listing products, communicating through the Platform, or using any Lafinda service, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain services or features may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or policies. Where applicable, those additional terms form part of these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must meet the minimum legal requirements applicable to you in order to use the Platform and enter into transactions through Lafinda.

Where an account, transaction, or service requires additional eligibility conditions, those conditions may be communicated during registration or before the relevant service is used.

By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity required to enter into applicable agreements and transactions.

4. LAFINDA AS A MARKETPLACE

Lafinda operates a marketplace that allows independent Sellers to offer products to Buyers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lafinda is not the manufacturer, owner, supplier, or Seller of products listed by independent Sellers on the Platform.

Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, pricing, availability, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Lafinda provides the technological infrastructure and marketplace environment through which Buyers and Sellers may interact and conduct transactions.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain Platform features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and for keeping that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify Lafinda if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Lafinda may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its Users, or comply with applicable requirements.

6. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.

You must not use the Platform in a manner that:

violates applicable laws or regulations;
interferes with the proper operation of the Platform;
attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
introduces harmful or malicious code;
impersonates another person or entity;
provides false or misleading information;
manipulates transactions, ratings, reviews, rankings, or other Platform features;
abuses communication or marketplace features;
attempts to circumvent applicable Platform processes or fees; or
otherwise compromises the security, integrity, or legitimate operation of Lafinda.

7. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, prices, available options, delivery information, and other relevant details before placing an order.

Buyers must provide accurate information required for account creation, payment, delivery, and communication.

A Buyer is responsible for ensuring that an order is suitable for their intended requirements based on the information reasonably available on the Platform.

Buyers must also comply with Lafinda's applicable Return and Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

8. ORDERS AND PURCHASES

When a Buyer places an order through the Platform, the order is subject to product availability, applicable transaction requirements, and any conditions communicated during checkout.

Lafinda may take reasonable action where an order cannot be fulfilled because of product availability, an obvious error, suspected unauthorized activity, technical issues, or other legitimate circumstances.

Where an order is successfully processed, the applicable order information will be made available to the Buyer through the Platform or other available communication channels.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product information displayed on Lafinda may include descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, Seller information, and other details provided by Sellers or generated through Platform systems.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that information relating to their products is accurate and not misleading.

While Lafinda may take reasonable steps to maintain the quality and integrity of information displayed on the Platform, Lafinda does not guarantee that every product listing or Seller-provided detail will always be complete, current, or error-free.

10. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices displayed on the Platform are generally those applicable at the time an order is placed, subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, promotions, discounts, and other clearly communicated costs.

Delivery fees and other applicable charges may be displayed separately during the ordering process.

Lafinda may correct obvious pricing or listing errors where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods and procedures made available through the Platform.

Lafinda may delay, review, restrict, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding transactions where reasonably necessary for security, verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, technical reasons, or legal compliance.

11. SELLERS

Sellers operate independently on the Lafinda marketplace and are responsible for the products and commercial activities they conduct through the Platform.

Sellers must comply with the applicable Seller Terms and Conditions, including requirements relating to product listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, customer communications, returns, refunds, and applicable legal obligations.

Buyers should carefully review Seller and product information before completing a purchase.

12. DELIVERY

Delivery services are subject to Lafinda's applicable Delivery Policy.

Delivery availability, fees, estimated delivery times, and applicable delivery conditions may vary according to the delivery location, zone, order characteristics, product requirements, and operational circumstances.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and taking reasonable steps to facilitate successful delivery.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by Lafinda's applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Unless a different period applies to a specific product or transaction, eligible Buyers may generally request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery or receipt.

Additional conditions may apply depending on the reason for the return, the condition of the product, the nature of the transaction, and applicable law.

14. SELLER SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SERVICES

Lafinda may offer Sellers access to subscription plans, premium features, business tools, promotional opportunities, analytics, Vendor OS functionality, AI-assisted features, and other services.

Applicable pricing, duration, features, eligibility requirements, and subscription conditions will be communicated through the Platform or applicable commercial terms.

Lafinda may modify or discontinue Seller services from time to time, subject to applicable notice requirements.

15. VENDOR OS

Lafinda may provide Sellers with business-management tools collectively referred to as the Vendor OS.

Depending on availability and eligibility, these tools may assist with areas such as inventory, expenses, suppliers, customer management, sales information, business analytics, stock monitoring, and business insights.

Information generated through these tools is intended to assist Sellers in managing their businesses and does not constitute professional financial, legal, accounting, tax, or business advice.

Sellers remain responsible for their own business decisions and records.

16. LAFI AND AI-ASSISTED FEATURES

Lafinda may provide certain Users, particularly eligible Sellers, with access to Lafi and other AI-assisted features.

Lafi may provide recommendations, summaries, business insights, content assistance, product or inventory analysis, operational suggestions, or other assistance based on information available to the relevant Platform feature.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for reviewing information generated by AI-assisted features before relying upon, publishing, or acting on it.

Lafi and other AI-assisted features are intended to support Users and do not replace independent judgment or professional advice.

17. USER COMMUNICATIONS

Lafinda may provide communication features that allow Buyers and Sellers to communicate in connection with transactions, products, orders, customer support, and other permitted marketplace activities.

Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

Users must not use Platform communications to harass, threaten, deceive, improperly solicit, misuse personal information, or circumvent legitimate Platform processes.

Lafinda may take reasonable measures concerning communications where necessary for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or enforcement of Platform policies, subject to applicable law.

18. USER CONTENT

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, images, comments, product-related information, or other content through the Platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

By submitting content, you grant Lafinda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt where technically necessary, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Platform and its services.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content you provide.

19. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Lafinda may allow Users to provide ratings, reviews, and feedback concerning products, Sellers, and transactions.

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and must not be manipulated, fabricated, or improperly influenced.

Lafinda may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates applicable policies or law.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Lafinda and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its underlying technology, branding, designs, logos, interfaces, software, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials, except for content owned by Users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Lafinda's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, exploit, reverse engineer, or otherwise use Lafinda's proprietary materials except as expressly permitted by Lafinda or applicable law.

21. PRIVACY

Lafinda's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by the Lafinda Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with that Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

22. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Lafinda aims to maintain a reliable and secure Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, security measures, infrastructure limitations, or circumstances beyond Lafinda's reasonable control.

Lafinda may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service where reasonably necessary.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may interact with or depend upon services, websites, payment services, communication services, or other resources operated by third parties.

Where third-party services are used, their availability and operation may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Lafinda is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control relating to independent third-party services.

24. DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Lafinda does not guarantee that the Platform will meet every User's individual requirements or that all information available through the Platform will always be accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lafinda will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for and indemnify Lafinda and its relevant representatives against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising directly from:

your violation of these Terms;
your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform;
your violation of another person's rights;
content you submit to the Platform; or
your fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct.

27. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Lafinda may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or particular features where reasonably necessary, including where a User violates these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law, or where action is necessary to protect Users, the Platform, or Lafinda.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Lafinda may provide notice or an opportunity to address the relevant issue.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

28. EFFECT OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Users may request closure of their accounts, subject to any outstanding transactions, disputes, obligations, or other matters that reasonably need to be resolved.

Lafinda may retain certain information after account closure where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain appropriate records, or protect the Platform and its Users.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws applicable to Lafinda and its operations, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights applicable to the User.

Where a dispute arises, the parties should first seek to resolve the matter amicably through Lafinda's available support and dispute-resolution channels.

Nothing in this section prevents a User from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lafinda may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, Platform features, business operations, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.

Where required, Lafinda will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Lafinda Platform, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
